c) Jumps

d) Stationary jumps at ends

Unless there are extenuating circumstances, coaches require 24 hrs cancellation notice by phoning the coach directly. If the coach is not informed of a cancellation in advance, scheduled lessons will be charged for.

All skaters need to arrive at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session to warm up. This is to reduce the risk of injury and have a more productive training session.

Admission to the session must be paid or redeemed before the skater steps on the ice.

Group A – NZIFSA Pre Elementary – Juvenile and adult level skaters.
Group B – NZIFSA Novice Basic – Senior + senior synchro silver.

Coaches may take 1 student for a lesson out of their level. That skater may be on the ice for 5min before the lesson and leave the ice after it.
