School Visits
Are you looking to give your students new skills as part of your PE programme or reward your class with a fun on ice experience? Paradice Entertainment welcomes you and your students with options from a fun skating experience to group lessons in ice skating and ice hockey and even broomball!
Schools Fun Skate
Your school can book in for a fun visit to Paradice Ice Skating any weekday during term time and skate between 10:00am-3.30pm on one of our public sessions. We can accommodate any number of students from 15 – 500.
Cost: $11pp GST inclusive
$5 skating frame hire (optional)

Schools Learn to Skate
Group lessons are available for your students. Either a single lesson or a series of lessons covering a progression of ice skating skills with a qualified instructor. A variety of levels can be catered for from beginners. The lesson lasts for 30 minutes followed by a free skate session to practice skills.
Cost: $15pp GST inclusive

- Free ice skating for teachers

Ice Hockey
Students work together as a team with an ice hockey coach as they learn the rules of the game, essential ice hockey skills, including puck handling, passing, elementary game positioning and general skating skills. The lesson lasts for 30 minutes followed by a free skate session.
Cost: $15pp GST inclusive
What’s included:-
- 30 minute lesson from ice hockey coach
- Skate hire included
- Complimentary ice hockey safety equipment
Broomball
Broomball: A game played on the ice with shoes, a cross between hockey and soccer. The object of this laugh-a-lot competitive game is to score goals hitting a soccer size ball with a broomball stick, whilst running and sliding on the ice wearing protective equipment. No skating skills are necessary as students wear their shoes!
Cost: $15pp GST inclusive

- staff member to explain rules of the game
- all equipment to play broomball

Free Hot Drink and Skating for Teachers
We value teachers at Paradice! Every teacher receives a free hot drink and skate free when attending with their school group.
